About Sharon:
At the heart of psychotherapy is the relationship between the therapist and client, whether an individual, a couple or a family. As the host of this relationship, I want to create an environment in which the client can begin to reconsider the experiences and stories that have shaped their lives thus far and seek solutions that lead them towards the desired changes in their emotional and relational well-being. I also host therapists in similar conversations through clinical supervision, seeking to collaboratively reconsider how to bring our best skills and wisdom to the client encounter while also attending to our own shifts in attitudes, skills and actions. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with CRPO, a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) with CAMFT and a Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor of OAMFT/AAMFT.
